Role: Data Entry Clerk Sales Office (Maternity cover)
Weatherglaze Windows Gorey are now hiring a data entry clerk for our busy sales office. This is a 10 month contract to cover maternity leave. This role involves attention to detail while working to strict deadlines, good communication skills and proven ability to problem solve. Minimum 1 years office administration experience.

- Ensure accurate and timely quotations for customers and other sales personnel.
- Dealing with customer and staff queries over the phone or in person
- Maintain contact with customers and respond to messages or queries in a prompt and polite manner.
- Provide support for other sales personnel.
- Identify possible improvements to better the customer experience.
- Achieve and maintain a good knowledge of the products.
- Ensure company equipment is maintained to a high standard.
- Other General Office duties.
- Minimum 1 Years’ Experience in a similar or administrative role
- Energetic self-starter, can-do attitude, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Office 365.
- Willingness and ability to resolve customer’s queries and concerns with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction.
