Sales Office Manager - Weatherglaze Windows, Gorey, Co Wexford
Weatherglaze Windows, the leading manufacturer of quality pvc windows and doors in Ireland, have a senior vacancy for an energetic telesales office manager. A track record in sales office management is essential, and a marketing background is an advantage.
The successful applicant will be tasked with organising and coordinating our telesales office staff, along with providing a key link to our road sales team. Sales will be focused on trade customers. This is a key management role within our organisation, and will be based from our offices in Gorey, Co Wexford.
Applicants will be expected to carry out the followinf tasks:
- Motivate, measure and manage existing telesales team
- Implement process improvement across lead management and customer service
- Create and implement marketing plans
- Create closer link up with trade customers
- Liase and work closely with external sales manager on a daily basis
Weatherglaze will require applicants to demonstrate the following:
- Be self motivated and capable of working independently
- Show a desire to learn and succeed
- Understand the importance of margin
- Be trustworthy
- Have a hunger for a sale and ability to close a deal
This role will be primarily office based, some travel to customers may be expected. The successful applicant will be supplied with a company phone and paid mileage for business travel undertaken.
Salary will be commensurate with relevant experience, and experienced candidates are desired

Window Salesperson required in Southeast - Weatherglaze Windows

Weatherglaze windows, the leading manufacturer of quality pvc windows and doors in Ireland, have vacancies for energetic and self motivated salespeople to represent our company selling top quality windows and doors into peoples homes in the South East.
The successful applicants will be assigned areas within the South East and will receive administrative back up from our office in Gorey Co Wexford. Applicants will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
- Meet potential customers at customers preferred location
- Price jobs and be responsible for achieving desired margins
- Follow up and sell leads supplied from office
- Generate own leads
- Portray a professional image at all times
Weatherglaze will require applicants to demonstrate the following:

- Be trustworthy
- Have a hunger for a sale
Own transport is an advantage, both mileage and phone allowance will be paid
Previous sales experience essential, any industry
This role offers the suitable candidate an excellent opportunity to earn what they are worth, with no ceilings or restrictions placed on an individuals capacity to earn commission. All earnings will be commission based.
This is a permanent role, preferably full time, but part time may also be an option.
Administrator / Reception Administrator required ------------ POSITION FILLED ------------
Weatherglaze windows, the leading manufacturer of quality pvc windows and doors in Ireland, have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and outgoing administrator in our offices in Gorey.
The successful applicant will be charged with carrying out a number of varied administration duties whilst also covering our reception area.
Training will be provided in this role, with the successful applicant expected to be responsible for:
- Maintaining the main telephone switch
- Meeting and greeting walk in customers and other guests
- Light accounts duties / maintaining of records
- Handling of cash
- Administrating the company's health and safety function
Weatherglaze will require applicants to demonstrate the following:
